too sooooon!

So the big (well second biggest day since the first would prolly be my wedding- if and when I find myself a man, hur) day is tomorrow. Seems slightly surreal. Everything has been so monotonous these past few days. In the last couple of years', the days before right up to the actual day and even beyond have been exhilarating but this year, everything seems so... 'flat'. Like someone snuck egg yolk into the egg white-only bowl meant for making meringue. Those of you wondering what on earth I'm talking about, if there's yolk in the bowl of egg white and you try whisking it, it won't rise and become fluffy.

I remember all the way back to when Nesh chased me around the canteen in school trying to get cake on my face with Faey and Sharmini. Ahmygosh! You crazy woman! You did succeed, I won't forget the stickiness of the situation.. The one thing I look forward to it the card I'll get. You're the last few people I'd think would bother to add emotion into anything you do, yet the cards I'd get will have some emotion in it.. and a lot of in-card teasing, HAHAH! (:

Last year saw NY and GL surprising/shocking me when they popped up at Swensens with balloons and flowers. I was stunned. Yes, that's the right word. Then when I thought that was all, GL made a secret escape and came back with MB. My poor heart. Then the following day (after not-so-cleverly thinking my heart could rest from the shocks) ZL, YT, MY, NY and HE brought me to the Flyer. Oh! And Popeye's. I'll never forget the first time I had Popeye's, they made sure of that! (:

So in case anyone's wondering, there are no plans for tomorrow. I'm a phone/text away from meeting anyone who wants to be with me. (:

Oh, and on a side-note: My uncle and cousins in Australia sent me my card.. it read on the inside cover "Now you are 21. It's time to start thinking about responsibility, stability, life long commitments and most of all- how to avoid them all. Now let's party on!" I guess he's not the only one to think I need to relax my stand on responsibility (which I'm terribly bad at.. I mean terribly bad at not being irresponsible!) and PARTY instead. :D
