today was a fairytale

Life is about ups and downs. Today, was such a day. Of course the good bits blinded out the bad bits. Press conference for iCommunications and my team was the crew in charge. I was in charge. I'm a good leader. I know it. I ensure I'm fair and flexible, understanding and firm. Yet, I've never had a more testing team mate. I'm fiercely protective of my team and one bad team non-player is capable of corrupting the rest- I've seen it happen. This team is too precious and I had no intention of screwing up the press con.

I love how D knows me and what I want (he teases, hums, mumbles, criticises, laughs at, annoys etc me) but I know it's to keep me calm. He knows I know and that is what makes us work so well. N is a natural joy to work with cos I know she's an extension of my thinking. She knows what I want and she goes about doing it. Plus she knows everything about everything going on with me. ZQ is the silent, pensive food lover. Meticulous and precise, she maintains order where I need it. W is the ever helpful, friendly boy and a joy to work with because of his selflessness. Y had to deal with E who wasn't exactly making things easy for any of us. Poor girl. I'm glad she stood firm and came directly to me instead of using underhanded means and disrespecting authority figures. Respect is a major part of my life and I dislike seeing disrespect. Z displayed professionalism for the task assigned to her and knowing that she'd handle it put my mind at ease. As for E, she did her fair share of taking interest in what was going on but displacing leadership, ignoring or disregarding specific requests/orders and being as D put it, *waving two fingers in the air*, it was little under a challenge to refrain from becoming irritated.

On the whole, the memories last a lifetime. Pictures and videos. Hugs and caresses. I'm content.

I looked up and saw you wait for me. I glanced back and saw you walking with me. I turned and watched you watch me. I love but I don't know if you love me.
