Toodleloos 2008, Hellowww 2009!

Hope the Christmas season went well for all the precious people. The new year seems to have started off with not all that much bang but I'm thinking there will be small bits of firecracker moments going off throughout the year. I'm done with doing the traditional resolutions for the year.. too passe`. Much of a list-writer as it is. Recovering my lost spunk. Spontanity I guess, is the theme for this year, though the funding is going to be a bit tight. Stuff and bother.

Now.... if there were a wishlist for 2009? I'd have P&P on standby. First thing to pen down on paper would be that elusive Prince Charming. I'm sick of being lonely. Having friends is special, but having a special friend for myself would be a treat after being through such a dry spell. Recollecting some moments of 2008 made me realise that I've had a blessed year so far. Especially recollecting that bit on that gorgeous, cobalt-blue-eyed mystery of a guy. Naughty naughty. Still keeps stealing my breath everytime I wander back to that memory.

There's BR of course. I'm not going into details on THOSE memories. Then there are the usual see-saw memories... throw in a few fisticuffs, a splatter of unhappy endings, a dash of comical relief, a sponful of bitter moments and a slight seasoning of nerve-wrecking moments. Otherwise, I think I survived 2008 pretty well. Hello 2009!
