suggestion: don't read.

Okay so its been a long, terrifyingly horrible week at school and I was wondering how much worse it could get. Stealing his time always may be alright for him but not for me. lol. I'm pissed that I freaked out over the conveyance of a hug. Another chance and I'll do it, promise. In the back of my mind throughout the lecture I kept thinking of' 'what ifs'. I know it was meant for me. Thank you.

Nat and I wandered around Vivo to get me sth to wear for Gen's party since the b'day girl said I wasn't themed accordingly(Tarzan's Crib). Rushed back to get started on Ben's assignment. Shocking myself, I manage the first hourish without assistence. Then I remember the email and start asking question after question. I note the furtive glances and sensed worry..then relief. And then it all starts with a general glance and I'm hooked by that smile. Snippets, maybe, but they sure made my day in ways I could never dream off.

I had a question.. and after moving files around thinking he understood what i was blabbering abt, he gets us both confused.
ID:"Sorry, its been a long day and I'm not my usual."
ME:"You're not the only one, trust me."
ID:"Yeah?"
I say, we'd be the confusion of one another.

Then the computer decides to go all crazy on me and hangs. Blasted thing. Drats, I didn't save. He tries to salvage but finally looks gleefully at me and asks me to shut it down and start over.. saying "You'll be done even quicker now!! *smiles sadistically* I just grumble. Oh boy oh boy do I blush scarlet when he says "they've(comps) been running the whole day and they're hot and wanting to shut down..." Yikes!

Hah! The funny bits! I'm asked if I've saved my stuff before starting up the comp again and I nod but apparently not convincing enough cos he peers right into my face to see if I've indeed saved my work. Hahah! I'll never lie to you! And when I go off thinking(thoughtful look on my face) he asks what I'm thinking.. half the time, no one knows if I'm thinking or just in a world of my own so its kinda wierd to know someone actually can tell 'the look' apart. And when he comes up with another of his hilarious ideas and I think about it critically, I end up staring at him instead and he goes "Don't look at me like that!" Like.. its not my fault that he comes up with insanely funny useful stuff that needs a little polishing up and I happen to stare at him, he didn't have to stare back! Anyway, I'm always apologising or thanking-its become the norm. Then I get laughed at by him and Nat.

Ooooooh! But the most hilarious thing was when he put on his Aussie accent and went all out to entertain. I swear, I never missed my cousins and Australia more than that ever! It was HILARIOUS! Especially the expressions! Thinking about it now's gonna give me tummy aches from laughing. The one scene I'll NEVER EVER forget was when I called him over and he actually jumped on the chair, scuttled over on his toes and crashed right into me. Hang on, I've got the image in my head and need a good laugh. ---Maniacal Laughter---

---Laughter subsides--- Now other images are rolling through my mind like a slideshow. Our talks about the beach, copyrighting inspirational distraction,Australia and other random stuff. I'm pretty stable with the assignment now and he's an email away so I fel more secure. He's packing up for the day and he asks if we're gonna enjoy our weekends. Nat nods I think, I shake my head. He asks if we're gonna be busy and I nod.
ID: "Yeah?"
ME: "Yeah..busy working on assignments!"
ID: "Ohh.. tough week eh?" *looks pitiful*
ME: "Uh huh."

True to form, he gets the final tease. He rattles my chair on his way out and with a mock straight-face says "the assignment's due right now" and sticks his hand out.. like arghh! All I get to say is "Be nice, Ben." before chuckles away.

Ohhhhh! Then the horrible reality sinks in that I disobeyed the b'day girl's wish: I forget to pass on her er.. wish. I pass him my cell to read the msg that Gen sent and forget that my hand's super cold (how do his hands stay so warm??) and he asks if I wrote it. Yeahh, I'd be crazy to. Gen's the daringly sweet one. Then he adjusts and I freak and he's left waiting. DAMN IT! DAMN IT! i could have KICKED MYSELF! Then he asks who's Jay. Rightttt. I should have said nobody. Instead I say "I've been sending you so many emails and you're asking me who that is?" He chuckles at my blustering and ends with "nahhh.. I'm just kidding. Of course I know who you are!"

Aiyayai!! Its a miracle I even manage to walk back to my comp is one piece. And that's all just bits from the entire day. Imagine the rest! Anyways, once all the pictures are out from Gen's b'day, i'll post part 2 of Friday. I believe the bestest best friday I've had since school started. Oh, but there was that time when he performed for TGIF...... (:
