Fastforward, I'm walking with Sam, an extra long route I shld add, and end up at Fish & Co. at the Glasshouse. Sam 'complains to the waitress' about it being to 'hot'. So we change seats to a table that accomodates 6 people instead. Hackles raised I suspected something but didn't think he was capable of SURPRISING me along with Gen, Fiona, Hafiz and Shatrughan! Gen practically gave me a heartattack when she hugged me from the back with roses!!
Golly golly gosh! I honestly thought they'd have forgotten.. Ultra touched! Thanks for the lunch Sam and the presents ya'll. You guys really made my day. A lover of surprises, one surprise I could have done without was walking around Chinatown hunting for travel destinations. Got home, cut the cake, open all the marvellous presents and went for dinner at SGCC. Even Michael called all the way from Scotland! He said he sent me a parcel too! GOSH! S'pore ain't the same without that Scot! One regret was that my dad wouldn't let me drive. Don't ask why. I don't even wanna go down THAT road. I'll post pictures the moment I retrieve them from Hafiz. :D
