For the days of 19-20 April 08

I hardly thought it possible that I'll end up seeing the same 2 people twice in a day. At alternating intervals, futhermore. Anita picked us up yesterday for lunch (which was honest to goodness, damn good). The Black Pepper Chicken Chop was sinful. Now, this is dangerous. WHILE devouring above mentioned sin, we ended up talking about donuts. Since Anita works at Suntec and we had nothing planned till the night, Shahman, Anita, Navin and myself went to get double chocolate donuts from Donut Factory. As of today (sun, 20/04, I've eaten two and a half donuts) My maximum quota has been severly breached.

Then there was Sahran who came over that night for a lil pizza, chick flicks and cousin talk. Which also resulted in him staying over and him finally believing in DSG. About time, I tell you.

Fretting the night before about how to get from ballet to math back home and to YCK CC and to dinner with Sahran's folks. Talk about cab fares, bus fares, MRT fares. Blasted transportation price hikes. Getting a car'd prolly be cheaper. On second thought, it'll be just as expensive. Ridiculous. Anyway, met Sameer since he was in my hood after doing a lil grocery run. I tell you, my bicycle was a god-send. Hai na, Sameer?

Get home, get ballet gear and go for ballet, where I leave 15 mins early only to read jees's text abt math being postponed. Bloody 'ell. Then I call my lifeline, ask him what I shld do; take the bus and go to the library or cab it back home. I end up taking the bus where I get my hair pulled, whistled at (not that i'm exceedingly hot but considering who was whistling, I can see why)
and have the bus captain wink at me. Its a case of who says "yuck" louder.

I've also realised people walk uber slowly- exceptionally so in Toa Payoh. Return the books and for once, Sameer astounded me by suggesting we walk back to the interchange so i'll get a seat on the bus. Awwww. I'm gonna go water the plants and hang up the freshly laundered clothes, take the dried ones down, sweep the driveway and shower and change before Shahman and I are picked up for dinner- by Sahran's folks.. yet again, i'll see him twice today.

The Similarity. S and S.

...... To imagine starting my day by waking up early (8.30 on a sat and sun with a 48 hr hiatus) and in half an hour doing laundry, sweeping the entire house, unlatching front gate, collecting the newspapers, watering plants, doing the bed, starting the cars and washing dishes. Its what's to come tmr too. =D
