Slept thriugh yesterday, woke up at 12.30 this morning, only to go back to sleep at 2.30 to wake at 7.45 for school. ENded up late for math. Maybe it was time for me to face the Lord's punishment. I practically passed out in Tiong... and in the E-W train to outram. Ended up ggoing into the staff rest quarters to wait for mommy and daddy dearest to pick me up. Berjees is a gem. Her darlimg too. And the dear ol' lady and guy at SMRT. Thank God I had them with me. I would have been sprawled on the ground somewhere instead. The only thoughts running through my head at that time was how I'd be missing driving. In my heart, I knew the only medicine I needed was to be behind the wheel. With Mark. He's a gem too. Its only when you're struck down that you really treasure the people around you.
For those surprised why I'm placing Mark in good light (he's always been in good light, just that I never publically acknowledged it..) its cos I drove to my place so I wouldn't get wet and spike my fever up again. Its still raining like cats and dogs. He loves the rain, I hate it when I can't see and habe to concentrate tremendously on my driving that I can't crack more jokes with him. ALso, seeing the other instructors at Ubi made me realise what a blessing it is that I've got Mark. The other instructors are rather strict-looking. I didn't see that many student-instructors laughing at dumb mistakes or simply commenting on the numerous wierd characters we see on thr roads. Looks like I'm stuck on Mark. LOL.
I'm off to play X-box or something or the other with Navin. He's been bugging me since I got into the car at Outram.
