Best Birthday Ever! I'm 18! =)

This is the run down for the whole day. Got called up at 11.55 last night to answer Shahul and Jeez's call, then Lavin and couple of other friends. Then came the barrage of texts. Golly golly gosh! Off to the MRT station to meet Jeez (Stan and Gen were too tired to go to school) and the sweetheart surprised me with a present! As if the flowers from yesterday weren't enough to brighten my day.. =) Math lecture and tutorial. Need I say more? Absolutely BO-RING. Cherie and Chui Mei, those darlings, got me a pressie too!! Gosh. Then decided to cab it to Wisma Atria cos Elycia needed to get something. Hung out at Coffeebean for the rest of the group to turn up.



Went to have lunch while waiting for them and then ALL the fun and SURPRISES start. Gen puts this HUMONGOUS balloon on the table. I was breathless. It was gorgeous. Never have I felt that special before. Then the rest of them come and AJ's gotten a present too. LOL. Poor guy. I refused to tell him what I wanted/needed. =) Anyway, he's a darling and helped with the 3 bags I'm carrying. Everyone was looking at the balloon! I SO understand what Gen was feeling when everyone was looking at her walk down Orchard Road carrying it. Then if was off to get 'stuff' and then cab to my place. Elycia's cab got lost and Gen's cab went to the wrong addy. Our cab got there first. Hehe. Ate, played taboo, ate somemore, played Spin the Bottle and Truth or Dare. Some dares were too.. lets see, too DARING that they shouldn't be announced in this way.. *winks*.

Cutting the cake part was the best- and the most tiring. While I got the whole Princess Treatment, Hafiz and the rest changed my candles to those that relight. I was huffing and puffing away while everyone looked on and laughed. Aargh. The dress (I was forced) I was wearing was from the whole gang and the chain I got from Elycia and Fiona. =)


Most of them left around 8ish and it was down to Stan, Gen and AJ. We hung out in my room and AJ and Stan had a good time with my present- JAY POTTER (stuffed with hugs from B, C, G, G, H, J, M, S, S). LOL. I'll never look an my doorbell the same way ever again. AJ, Stan and Gen, when you read this, don't fall off your chairs or bed for that matter. =D

The best birthday ever. I just wish my grandmother was around.....
